The amazing true story of Togo and Balto. Widowed father and champion musher Leonhard ’Sepp’ Seppala lives with his daughter in the small dock town of Nome, Alaska. During a severe winter storm, the small town suffers a deadly outbreak of diphtheria – targeting the children. With no anti-toxin left and all usual forms of transportation being halted by the storm, the town must now rely on its brave mushers – Sepp included – to go get the medicine.
